Bailiffchaser, another new site, with the aim of helping you tackle the Bailiffs www.bailiffchaser.co.uk/flashpage.html"My name is bailiffchaser. Why am i called this ? Simple because my job is chasing bailiff companies for my clients.Who have been over charged by a bailiff!!! What your thinking chasing a bailiff ? Thats impossible because they are the law ? No incorrect. Bailiffs are answerable to everything they do. As a direct result of this certain consumer forums have been pressurised in moderating what the bailiffchaser writes and advises about. If what was written was not the truth the bailiffchaser would never be moderated".

No doubt many people will know of two websites dealing with money saving and getting money back from unlawful charges: www.moneysavingexpert.comwww.consumeractiongroup.co.ukThese are well-moderated and popular sites with very good reputations, that only ban or moderate people if there is good cause to. Bailiffchaser has just been banned from Money Saving Expert and cannot post on Consumer Action Group without being being moderated. I think you need to ask yourself why does Bailifchaser attack the Bailiff industry and why does he charge fees of up to 75% of the money people are claiming back from the Bailiffs? That's right! Bailichaser's website shows that on claims between £1,000 and £5,000 he charges a whopping £750! Is that not just adding to people's misery? And what do you get for your money? A person that hurls personal insults in every claim he has ever made against a bailiff company and a person who has (ultimately) lost every case he has ever brought against a bailiff company! And what nonsense to suggest that he is moderated only because he tells the truth! He is moderated because he makes false and defamatory comments against Bailiff companies!

If the chaser was not right then none of his threads or his website would be read so much. Also none of the websites you are mentioning has any thing to do with bailiffs fees apart fr0om try this and that. I have had 2 bailiff companies in court. one a straight win and the other one still dragging on as the director wants to play cat and mouse. as for your comments i would personally get off my back side and leave the bailiff firm i am working for and get a lifeeven if you are the managing director mr jamie waller.
