Welcome to Bailiff Matters Forum. Bailiff Matters is a new Voluntary Organisation that has recently been set up. Initially the Organisation will operate in the Nottingham City Council area of Nottingham. If everything goes well we hope the Organisation will spread nationwide. However we have set this forum up to enable anybody in the United Kingdom to access help and advice. The aim of our Organisation is ..... The aim of the Organisation shall be to make the Public aware of their rights regarding the use of Bailiffs by Local Authorities. To advise and assist members of the Public on how to make a complaint regarding Bailiffs behaviour. To make available Relevant law relating to the use of Bailiffs. To act on behalf of Vulnerable people who have difficulty dealing with such matters.
New members welcome.

The new Bailiff Matters website is now up and running. The site is still under construction, but there is plenty of information available already. I will be updating the site daily, so keep coming back. Dont forget to save it in your favourites, save this forum too. www.bailiffmatters.btik.com/[glow=red,2,300]Together we can bring about change.[/glow] Trev Fairminer CHAIRMANSOMEONE GOT THIS SITE SHUT DOWN - SOMEONE WHO CAN'T TAKE THE TRUTH

Please would anyone who wants to see change in the methods used by unscrupulous bailiffs, register as a member on this forum. You don't have to comit yourself to anything, you can take part as much or as little as you like. If you just want to register as a member to show your support, that is fine. The more members we have, the more serious we will be taken by those in authority.

Hi Trev, it’s nice to be a part of this site and may I say that it makes me proud to be associated with such a worthy cause. Your latest email is a cracker, (the truth “is” out) well done you all.
Best wishes,
Edd/JES.
