Recently after returning from being away with work (the RAF) doing my honest job fighting for my countries freedom and keeping law and order in Britain, (with the help of the other services).
When I returned proud of my efforts and patriotic to my country, I found a red letter on my doorstep for 280 pounds. To cut a long story short, an old parking fine I was not aware of, had been chased by my local authorities to little avail, as I had changed addresses without notifying the DVLA.
The letter was from a company JBW. I went on to contact them to dispute these charges with little success they wouldnt give any information out and gave me a fax number to find a break down of my charges, which obviously never got me a reply.
I find myself now about to pay a charge without understanding why?
Is our countries government of which my colleagues and I are so proud of, really allowing a company with business ethics like this operate inside the law?
I will be taking JBW to court and am privileged enough to have a legal team which is strong enough to take on most companies if any illegal activity is being carried out.
PLEASE IF ANYONE ELSE FEELS THIS JBW ENFORCEMENT LTD IS OPPERATING OUTSIDE THE LAW SEEK LEGEL ACTION!!!!!!!!!!!

If you have a problem with jbw then email me bailiffchaser@yahoo.co.uk possibly with a land line number and then i will phone you in the evening after 8pm I have been through all the forum and found you name there so i am just giving a try if you can help me. My car was taking away today by these monsters (JBW Enforcement) while i was away. by the time i came back they left a big plastic envelope to the security guy who work in my block. i have a notice of not to remove the car as it was clamped, i rushed to the car but it was too late and the car was towed away. i have contacted the bailiff officer on the number given and he was very rude and told me he knew i must pay as i need my car and its worthy i asked him what can i do to get the car back he smiled and then said pay the full payment about 1000 pound and the ticket was only 185 pounds. this is how he calculated amount owing: Parking penalty charge/inc court fee 185.00 bailiffs cost 71.13 attendance to remove cost 290.00 vehicle removed = tow truck inc VAT 201.25 VAT and bailiffs cost 54.18 Total amount is 801.56 include the outstanding balance which is never passed to him yet is 200 so he told me you have to pay or he will sell the car to the bailiff auction i am really sorry for my English but this is the short explanation i have. please call me for more or a solution to get my audi TT back i am willing to pay but he never answered my phone after i told him i am going to call the office, but wen i called the office i asked to speak to the supervisor i wish i didnt she was not understandable and not polite at all she told me nothing she can do all i have to do is "pay" pay what the bailiff man said on the phone i have visited they website and enter the numbver down (My Reff)to make the payment but i was told to contact the same person even on the payment page on their site. seems they all know eachother. i just need to get my car back as i cant make mony if i dont have a car i went to the bank to borough the payment and finaly the man is not answering the mobile number his name is mr chriss hill his number is 07809523843. i dont have that mony to pay in one go all i could do is to borough from frinds family and the bank to collect that amount. please help me. call me on 07947788990. |
